Tatlin trying to pay his meal. Sculpture that could have been made around 1918 on the corner of a table, just before Vladimir Tatlin drew the final plans for the Monument to the 3rd International. The sculpture, which apexes the overflowing creativity of the artist (who even works while eating), the myth of Picasso buying his meal (the architectural model replacing here the drawing quickly drawn on the tablecloth), and the revolutionary ideal of Tatlin’s project (revolutions are born from the lack of bread and even Tatlin works here also to eat) of which there might only be a few crumbs left.
